Re: Creating a promotion

Hi Yadagiri,

There are two possibilities - Either you have not maintained the promotion key figure or the promotion level, OR you have not specified a planning book and data view.

Please check following two things -

1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Advanced Planning and Optimization -> Demand Planning -> Planning -> Promotion -> Settings -> Maintain Promotion Key Figures, and maintain the promotion key figure and promotion level.

2. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Advanced Planning and Optimization -> Demand Planning -> Environment -> Current Settings -> Assign User to Planning Book, and specify a planning book and data view.
