Try function module HR_TIME_RESULTS_GET - hope I remember it correctly - should give you all time cluster data, so hopefully created-on-date as well.
The table-answer seems to be a misunderstanding. In TRDIR you could see, when the program has been created. The data in your screenshot indicates you want ti know, when B2 cluster data for an individual has been created.
