Thanks for looking into this. I have checked this not but the issue was with password saved in passwd file, somehow there was an extra space in the password which was causing the issue.

I need to change the password(removed extra space) in passwd file and then restarted the LCM APS service and finally i am able to add the Objects in the VMS.
