Add an Attachment for individual vendors

Hi Experts,

As per the requirement, i have created a Z tcode to create Prequalification vendors . There I need to add the attachments for the respective vendors. I am able to add the attachment but it is displaying for all the vendors. My requirement is vendor should be able to see his attachments but not other vendor's attachments.

Whatever the attachments attached to a particular vendor he should be able to see but not others.

Whenever I am adding a new attachment to a new vendor and selecting attachment list, it is displaying all the attachments which have been assigned to other vendors but not related to that particular vendor.

Please help me on this.
