as a small add on: it is quite "normal" that after a release of WWI for a specific WinWord version some on top OSS note come up; SAP is doing the very best here. In any case. the OSS notes mentioned by Mark are the really most important one.
One small add on topic: it is always a good idea not to have a "small" retest of WWI but a "big" test if SAP is delivering a WWI version for new WinWord etc. version. Anything like:
a.) font selection
b.) includes
c.) dynamic textes
d.) Barcode printing
e.) etc.
should be retestest (and WWI needs to be prepared on any WWI server and in most cases any local client). It is strongly recommended not to use different WWI version on server and on client
