Date format changed in Smartform convert to PDF

Hi All,   I am converting samrtform to PDF display.   The date format is changed on PDF display  DD.MM.YYYY instead of actual format MM/DD/YYYY which is showing on Smartfform display.   please help. Thanks Ra
