Rabi is right. I am also little confused with your questions.
During payroll run, sap will lock the personnel numbers along with their master data for that payroll period. For example, when a user enters value in IT 416 using tcode PA30 during the payroll run (one of the process may get a notification of user lock).
IT2006 will get updated using time evaluation (with schema quota generation).
What is your exact issue on unlocking IT 2006? Do you want your Time Team to process IT2006 during payroll run with out any locking issue?
