I use SAP Inventory Manager 8.1 for Maximo and am having an issue with indexes with parents on Android.
In the out of the box AddPhysicalCount screen set the Storeroom field (Complex Table Drop Down) has the table index StoreroomBySiteByItem - as the name suggests the index has three levels (ie the parent index has a parent index itself). The field also has a Update Rule
Up to and including 70.10.4 this field gets auto populated (via the update rule). Any client version since then (and I have tried them all) the field does not get updated. I created an index with only one level and it works fine, hence I think it is a problem with the multi level index.
I was going to raise a support call, but since this is out of the box setup, and a significant number of client versions that do not work I find it strange that it would not have been identified and fixed already. So now I am worried I have broken it somehow.
Anyone had this issue?
