Create TO based on Maximum qty per bin

Dear Experts,

Is it possible to have TO's based on storage bin capacity?

For example, i have GR of 900 qty, but my storage bin capacity is 300 only, so i expect system to propose 3 TO's based on storage bin capacity.

is it possible to achieve this without SUT activation?
