Note 1558532 is relevant for SAP_APPL for ECC i.e not for 1511 (S4CORE). Note 2228890 states country specific versions but it does not state Argentina.Suggest to check with SAP whether ODN for Argentina is available for 1511 (S4CORE) or not.
