Action profile in CRM are for specific purposes. Like sending notifications and in some special cases , creating events also.
In you case , you just need to check in SWEL , whether this event is getting triggered automatically by system , when you run the transaction or related business activity. If so , you dont need any action profile configuration for the same.
If events are not getting triggered , then you need to look wherher it is feasible by action profile.
