Address doesn't exist

Good day experts,

I need some assistance please.

I get an Address doesn't exist when I save a Lead transaction created as a follow up from an Interaction Record.

When I create a Lead from the "Account Overview", I don't get the error.

When I do the same from CRMD_ORDER on the gui, it works 100%.

I checked all the relevant SAP Notes and none of them can be implemented on our system. We are on 70113.

Please assist.
